Please complete this Lost & Found Report.  It is the easiest and most efficient way to report your lost item.  Once you submit your information, you will receive immediate confirmation that your form has been successfully entered into our tracking system for review. Your form will be reviewed by our Lost & Found Team Monday-Friday 8am-4pm HST.

Check-in begins at 4 p.m. and check-out is by 11 a.m. We will do our best to accommodate early or late requests as availabilities allow.

Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in at Maui Coast Hotel. A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in.

Guest rooms are serviced daily for your comfort. If you prefer to skip housekeeping, simply place the Do Not Disturb sign on your door. If there is anything you need during your stay or if we can assist with anything at all, please don't hesitate to let us know. Our team is always happy to help.

Our standard cancellation policy allows you to cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to your arrival without penalty, unless otherwise noted in your confirmation email.

Please note that prepaid reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled for a refund.

To access a guestroom at any time during the stay, each guest must be listed on the reservation and present a matching photo ID.

Additional guest names can be added in the Special Requests + Additional Guest Names section when booking through our website. If you’ve already made your reservation, simply contact our Reservations team at reservations@mauicoasthotel.com and we’ll be happy to add them for you.

Yes. All guestrooms and indoor areas at Maui Coast Hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas on the property.

This policy includes cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vapes, and other smoking or vaping devices. A $500 room recovery fee will be charged if smoking or vaping occurs in a guestroom.
