Terms & Conditions

Registering guest must be at least 21 years of age to check-In. Rates do not include applicable taxes (General Excise Tax 4.712% and Transient Accommodations Tax 13.25%), and are subject to availability and based on single/double occupancy. Charges for additional guests may apply. Rates and room categories fluctuate depending on length of stay and occupancy and are not valid with any other special rates, promotions, or discounts, nor are applicable toward group bookings. Some restrictions and/or blackout dates may apply. Rooms will be charged a Nightly Resort Fee of $35 plus tax.  

Cancellation Policy:
 

You may cancel your reservation for no charge within 72-Hours prior to reserved date of arrival to avoid a one-night room & tax charge.
 

For arrivals between December 21 and January 6, you may cancel your reservation for no charge within 10-days prior to reserved date of arrival to avoid 100% room & tax charges.
